JENNIFER KHOUNBOLAY has helped families in the Carolinas achieve homeownership for 21 years. Jennifer was Born in Thailand but her parents originated from Laos, a smaller Southeast Asian Country. Jennifer is very family-oriented. When she was 1 year old her family arrived in the U.S. with a drive and determination for a better life and opportunities. Jennifer spent her formative years in California, as a young child she had many responsibilities, including helping her parents make ends meet.

Jennifer was, and still is an essential resource in her family and community and continues to assist with daily living, Financial Literacy, Health Care, Real Estate, assistance with translating, and more. Jennifer has 18 years of direct experience in Real Estate and Mortgage.

Jennifer has a passion for helping people. She has previously served as Vice President of the North Carolina Diversity Council. She is an active volunteer with the Asian Chamber of Commerce and has served as the Asian Festival Vendor Chair for the past few years. Jennifer serves as Secretary of Our Global Village, Inc., has served with the National Association of Asian American Professionals, and works closely with the Lao Loum Pow Community Association. More recently, Jennifer was one of the core founders of the Asian Women’s Entrepreneur and Business Alliance and joined the Canopy Diversity and Inclusion Alliance Advisory Group and the Charlotte Chapter of the Asian American Real Estate Association of America.

Through her life experiences, Jennifer developed into a strong and independent entrepreneur. Some of her many passions include cooking and entertainment. Her culinary dishes are desired by family, friends, and colleagues for small and large events. She is inspired by traveling and experiencing foods from different cultures.
